We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will represent them perfectly.

All prices displayed on finecult.com are in US Dollars (USD).
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your local government are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Returns, Refunds & Damages

If your order is damaged during transit, please email us at hello@finecult.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, text, and imagery on finecult.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Finecult and are protected by international copyright laws. Purchase of a product does not transfer any reproduction rights or commercial usage rights to the buyer.
